can't get past activation box

i am back to using my regular computer now.  i probably will buy a new one later.  i can't get activated. i saved the email and used those codes, and unless i'm making a typographical error,  it keeps going back to the activation box.  please help me with this, thanks.  i think you have my email address, if not, let me know.  thank you very much.  good day.

1) Change the password to something never used before

2) Maybe your key's banned

3) Send a message one of the Admins

It says you're entering an invalid password. Check your email for the current password. Enter the current password and then make a new password that you've never used before.

i believe that i have done all of those things, but it still goes back to the activation box.  i will try it all again.

to my knowledge i've put in the right activation code and then it sends me to creating a new password, but it is not changing it for me.  when i click the icon on my desktop i still get the activation code box.  i do not know what i am doing wrong, unless it has something to do with because i'm back on my original computer cause it's fixed now.  i'm not really sure which one is my activation code, but i guess it's the one ending in <removed>.  please try to tell me what to do.

I think you're mixing up your license keys and passwords. Like entering the password for one key into the other key.
