We have a lot of customers who re-activate their license keys quite regularly. Who expect an immediate response. We are unable to staff this forum 24/7 like most other support forums. Since license key support can only be taken care of by YTK staff (Adam, Brock and I). This makes it even harder for a timely response.
Posting in the forum will not expedite the issue either. I suggest you forum PM me as Adam & Brock are quite busy.
Starting today we are enforcing a 2 week cool down. Meaning if you've re-activated your key in the last 2 weeks. It will not be unlocked until it has been 2 weeks since your previous activation.
Example:
Key activated 07/23/11
Key unlocked 08/06/11
