People on Windows Vista and 7 (All editions). Need to install the TSP (TrueSpeech Codec) in order for YTK's and VC Sync's Voice Lag Protection (VACs) to work correctly.
So if you haven't already installed the TSP (TrueSpeech Codec) here is the direct download URL:

Make sure to install as administrator by right clicking the installer. Clicking "Run as administrator". After that restart your PC or Laptop.Regards,
